We are delighted to announce that EP&T Global has partnered with IMPACT UK by SPACE+, the UK’s best ESG property event featuring progressive and forward-thinking property leaders. This partnership comes at a crucial time as the industry navigates the evolving landscape of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) challenges and opportunities.

At the upcoming IMPACT UK by SPACE+ event on September 12th at the English National Ballet (City Island, London, E14 0SY), EP&T Global will play a pivotal role in the discussions to redefine sustainability strategies across the property sector. Recognised as the UK’s premier ESG property event, SPACE+ IMPACT UK brings together property developers, investors, and occupiers committed to accelerating and embedding impactful sustainability initiatives.

EP&T Global will host a keynote panel on the day, where industry leaders will discuss the latest trends and innovations in decarbonising asset performance, particularly within office and mixed-use developments. This session will provide invaluable insights into how data-driven solutions can enhance building performance, reduce energy costs, and minimise carbon footprints.

In addition to the keynote, EP&T Global will lead the “Operate” Tribe session, an interactive group focused on practical strategies for achieving decarbonised asset performance. This session is vital to SPACE+’s unique format, where the event breaks out into smaller, participatory groups known as Tribes. Each Tribe is centred around critical themes like planet, people, purpose, and places, fostering meaningful engagement and collaboration among attendees.

Our involvement in the “Operate” Tribe demonstrates EP&T Global’s commitment to creating intelligent spaces that leverage data from buildings and assets to optimise performance and operations. Through our advanced solutions, we empower property leaders to develop energy-efficient and carbon-neutral buildings that meet future demands.

IMPACT UK is led by landlords, investors and occupiers - seeking to accelerate, refine and measure their sustainability and social impact strategies. C-Suite, Heads of Asset Management, Development and Sustainability break into 'Tribes' for interactive discussions. The programme is designed for maximum engagement. Keynote speakers include Dan Labbad (Chief Executive, The Crown Estate).

Join us at this key event to find out more about the route to decarbonisation in the commercial real estate.
