Every year, the International Day of Clean Air for blue skies serves as a reminder to all of us. It's a call to combat air pollution collectively and couldn't be more timely.

This International Day of Clean Air for blue skies, join us in our commitment. Let's work #TogetherForCleanAir, striving for a world where every breath is a testament to our collective efforts

Аir pollution isn't just a localised problem; it's a global concern. With currents carrying pollutants over vast distances, no country remains unaffected, and without concerted efforts, predictions state premature deaths from ambient air pollution could skyrocket by 50% by 2050.

A crucial insight from Climate Watch reveals a significant contributor. A staggering 30.8% of global greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions are from commercial and industrial buildings. This percentage underscores the role our infrastructures play in compromising our air quality.

At EP&T, every day is a pledge to purer skies. We recognise the weight of responsibility commercial and industrial sectors carry, and we're actively taking steps to reduce their environmental footprint:

  • Optimal Efficiency: We champion energy-efficient operations for buildings and processes. We can significantly curtail GHG emissions by fine-tuning how systems are programmed and ensuring the Building Management System (BMS) is appropriately commissioned and engineered.
  • Continuous Monitoring: Keeping a finger on the pulse is crucial. Constant oversight ensures systems are always at peak performance, and data-driven insights guide us in continually refining and enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Global Reach, Unified Vision: Our reach is extensive, with our presence spanning 26 countries, managing and maintaining trillions of dollars in assets over 8 million sqm. But our vision remains singular: a world with cleaner air.

Our track record speaks volumes. With tens of thousands of CO2 saved, our single platform offers a comprehensive solution for managing and maintaining assets, irrespective of their global location.
